Step 1: Remove the ham - you will save 210mg of sodium right off the bat! Some can do without cheese, I'm not one of them, so I'm going to suggest that:)

In the end, here's what you've got!

Remember that the 2 thing we look for in a breakfast are fiber and protein! This breakfast hits the mark on protein (due mostly to the egg), but could do with a little extra fiber. Try adding a piece of fruit and you're looking a very well balanced meal!
