7 Worst Supermarket Breakfasts

You all know that the fact that millions of Americans are feeding their children Poptarts for breakfast makes me cringe. However, I haven't brought up all the other issues with the pre-packaged breakfast foods out there.

Well, someone beat me to the punch - so I'll just let you read his list. (Yes, Poptarts are mentioned:)
