Using the salad bar at my grocery, I turned taco night into a very colorful fiesta!!
Added to my lean beef and whole grain tortilla taco is taco seasoning, 2% cheese, dark greens, onions, cherry tomatoes, and jalapenos! No, I didn't have to buy a whole onion, a whole jar of jalapenos, and a whole bag of dark greens - I just hit up the salad bar. For a little over a $1.00, I added countless vitamins and minerals to my meal!
